My name is Frances and I am an at-home mom to 4 stinking cute kids, which means that most of my day is spent wearing a baby in a wrap while chasing a toddler. I have a degree in Health Promotion and Nutritional Education and my side job is being a childbirth educator teaching Hypnobabies classes to expectant parent. In my free time I love to cook and bake. As an adult I developed a sucralose intolerance (I get screaming headaches when I eat table sugar or high fructose corn syrup) and have been sugar free for several years. Since I have been off sugar, I have learned a lot about why we should all avoid the sweet stuff, for more about that click here. While I like being headache free, I still like dessert! I have found that by using natural sugars desserts can still be sweet, satisfying, and delicious! I am currently off of dairy and soy since I am breastfeeding my son who has these intolerances, so vegan and soy-free recipes will also be included here. I have been modifying and creating lots of recipes to satisfy my sweet tooth in a way that is natural and wanted to share them with the world. I also want a place to store my favorite recipes so I can access them when I am not home. So here it is!
